All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges, which are calculated at checkout.

4. Shipping

Bramwell & Co is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather events, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If a package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
5. Returns & Refunds
Our return and refund policy is detailed on our Shipping & Returns page. In summary: unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Custom/personalized items, gift cards, and final-sale items are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors and textures may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to monitor settings and photography.
