All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Return Policy
30-Day Hassle-Free Returns
We want you to love every Bramwell & Co purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Tags must still be attached
- Sale items are eligible for store credit only (no cash refunds)
- Custom/personalized items and gift cards are final sale
How to Return an Item
- Email us at hello@bramwellandco.com with your order number and reason for return
- Receive your label — we will email a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours (US orders only; international customers cover return shipping)
- Pack securely — place the item in its original packaging and affix the return label
- Ship it back — drop off at any USPS or UPS location
- Get your refund — once we receive and inspect the item (1–3 business days), your refund will be processed
Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- If you paid with a gift card, the refund will be applied to a new gift card emailed to you
Exchange Policy
Want a different size, color, or item? We are happy to help! Email us at hello@bramwellandco.com and we will arrange an exchange. Exchanges follow the same return process — once we receive your original item, we will ship the replacement at no additional cost (for items of equal or lesser value). For items of greater value, we will invoice you for the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice. No need to return the damaged item.
