Shipping & Delivery
Standard shipping within the continental US takes 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipping. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Yes! We ship to Canada, the UK, Australia, and select EU countries. International orders typically arrive within 10–18 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Please note that customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by their country.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, email us at hello@bramwellandco.com with your order number. We will provide a prepaid return label for domestic orders. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Sale items and personalized/custom products are final sale and cannot be returned.

We are committed to quality and sustainability. Our textiles — including throw pillows, blankets, towels, and napkins — are made from 100% organic cotton, premium linen, or responsibly sourced blended fabrics. Our ceramics are handcrafted from durable stoneware and finished with food-safe, lead-free glazes. Canvas prints use archival-grade cotton canvas with fade-resistant inks. Wooden items like cutting boards are made from sustainably harvested hardwoods.
Textiles (pillows, blankets, towels, napkins): Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid bleach. Ceramics (mugs, coasters): Dishwasher safe on the top rack. Hand washing recommended for longevity. Canvas prints: Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid direct sunlight and moisture. Cutting boards: Hand wash only. Apply food-grade mineral oil monthly to maintain the finish. Candles: Trim wick to 1/4 inch before each use. Burn on a heat-resistant surface.
Orders & Payments
Yes, we partner with select retailers, interior designers, and hospitality businesses. Our wholesale program offers tiered pricing based on order volume, with a minimum opening order of $500. Wholesale partners also receive early access to new collections and dedicated account support. Yes! Digital gift cards are available in $25, $50, $75, and $100 denominations. Gift cards are delivered via email and never expire. They can be used on any product in our store, including sale items. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
We love creating custom pieces! We offer monogramming and personalization on select items including throw pillows, towels, and tote bags. For larger custom orders — such as branded corporate gifts, wedding favors, or interior design projects — please contact us at custom@bramwellandco.com with your vision and quantity. Custom orders typically require 3–4 weeks for production. A 50% deposit is required at the time of order, with the balance due before shipping.
