We will provide a prepaid return label for domestic orders. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Sale items and personalized/custom products are final sale and cannot be returned.

Yes! Digital gift cards are available in $25, $50, $75, and $100 denominations. Gift cards are delivered via email and never expire. They can be used on any product in our store, including sale items. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

We love creating custom pieces! We offer monogramming and personalization on select items including throw pillows, towels, and tote bags. For larger custom orders — such as branded corporate gifts, wedding favors, or interior design projects — please contact us at custom@bramwellandco.com with your vision and quantity. Custom orders typically require 3–4 weeks for production. A 50% deposit is required at the time of order, with the balance due before shipping.
