We want you to love every Bramwell & Co purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days<\/strong> of delivery for a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\n

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging<\/li>\n
  • Tags must still be attached<\/li>\n
  • Sale items are eligible for store credit only (no cash refunds)<\/li>\n
  • Custom\/personalized items and gift cards are final sale<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    How to Return an Item<\/h3>\n

    1. Email us<\/strong> at hello@bramwellandco.com with your order number and reason for return<\/li>\n
    2. Receive your label<\/strong> \u2014 we will email a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours (US orders only; international customers cover return shipping)<\/li>\n
    3. Pack securely<\/strong> \u2014 place the item in its original packaging and affix the return label<\/li>\n
    4. Ship it back<\/strong> \u2014 drop off at any USPS or UPS location<\/li>\n
    5. Get your refund<\/strong> \u2014 once we receive and inspect the item (1\u20133 business days), your refund will be processed<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error<\/li>\n

        Exchange Policy<\/h3>\n

        Want a different size, color, or item? We are happy to help! Email us at hello@bramwellandco.com and we will arrange an exchange. Exchanges follow the same return process \u2014 once we receive your original item, we will ship the replacement at no additional cost (for items of equal or lesser value). For items of greater value, we will invoice you for the difference.<\/p>\n

        Damaged or Defective Items<\/h3>\n

        If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours<\/strong> of delivery with photos of the damage.
